The pioneer of American car shows
The Detroit Auto Show is one of the most famous auto shows in the United States. While this show was absent during the late 2000s, it has come out of its shell in recent years to plot new innovations for car lovers. Participants recently presented their works from January 14 to 29, 2018. Even though the Detroit show is competing with the CES of Las Vegas, it was able to charm visitors. Geeks, motorsport enthusiasts, individuals, businesses and technology fans were the visitors to the Detroit show.
New Ford products
At the Detroit Motor Show, Ford unveiled several new products that won the hearts of enthusiasts. Motorsport fans, for example, had the opportunity to discover Ford Edge ST, a product specially designed to resist the practice of motorsport. This very modern car stands out from the others thanks to its large SUV with a blue oval. Its hood, optics and shields have been modified to amaze enthusiasts. A restyled Ford Ranger, a compact pickup truck also made its appearance at the Detroit Motor Show. This restyled car is still not very well known in the USA and it will take a little time to discover it on the European market.
Volkswagen products
Volkswagen, on the other hand, has a nice surprise in store for car sports enthusiasts. Indeed, the brand exhibited Volkswagen Jetta at the Detroit Motor Show. This magnificent work has a totally original design with very intelligent digital instrumentation. Volkswagen also exhibited, during the show, Volkswagen Passat GT V6, an American version of the German sedan, a popular model for sports enthusiasts.
